CrowdHealth is searching for an experienced Business Analyst to help guide our product development efforts. From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impacts, the ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing healthcare landscape.

Objectives

• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability  
• Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
• Create and implement management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development

Reports to the Head of Product.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across business units(ex: product, sales, IT, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of regular status reports to all appropriate parties
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with Product Partners for optimized systems integrations
• Assist in new Product Development, including:
  - Gathering job specifications and business rules, and technical deliverables
  - Mapping feature-level requirements and identifies product needs; documenting all requirements in Statement of Work documents; creating preliminary mock-ups
  - Translating product requirements to technical documentation for the Software Engineers to implement
  - Developing project plans and timeline, managing and monitoring progress
  - Determining the criteria for success and test developed products to ensure compliance with business needs and functional validity

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics and systems development
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects independently to meet deadlines and complete tasks in an accurate manner
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work-streams simultaneously
• Proven ability to manage user testing
• Extensive experience with data visualization
• High proficiency in technical writing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with Tableau and Visio a plus
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports
