Role Description

Our ideal Inside Sales candidate will be driven, energetic, positive, professional, and organized. Using a consultative approach, you will effectively communicate to help prospective members understand the difference and benefits of CrowdHealth in comparison to traditional health insurance options in the marketplace. You will focus on helping the potential customer see why CrowdHealth may be a better option for them and their family and answer any questions about how CrowdHealth will work for them. 


  • Sense of urgency to quickly follow-up with large groups of warm leads via email and/or phone outreach and convert to CrowdHealth members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Ability to build rapport with potential members by using a consultative approach
  • Achieving quarterly sales and activity goals
  • Proficiency at technology, with experience using software such as ZenDesk and Excel


  • 2 + years of inside sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Must possess a passion for helping people overcome the complicated and burdensome U.S. healthcare system.
