Position Summary
As a Membership Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective CrowdHealth members. Your mission is to engage, educate, and enroll individuals and families who are looking for abetter way to manage healthcare costs. You’ll guide them through how CrowdHealth works, build trust, and help them make confident, informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Educate prospects on the CrowdHealth model and how it differs from traditional insurance.
- Guide potential members through the enrollment process, addressing questions and concerns.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion goals through consultative selling.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and provide feedback on prospect trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, support, and leadership teams to improve the member journey.
- Become an expert in the CrowdHealth platform and advocate for its benefits.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to explain complex ideas simply and clearly.
- Mission-driven mindset with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) a plus.
- Background or interest in healthcare, fintech, or startups preferred.
