Position Summary
The Head of Growth will be the architect of growth at CrowdHealth. This is not a “VP of Sales” role. This is about designing and owning our Growth engine end-to-end: from brand storytelling to category creation, from customer acquisition to retention, and from strategic partnerships to bold guerrilla marketing plays.
We want someone who thinks like a category designer (PlayBigger) and lives to build brands that punch above their weight class. If the thought of building the next iconic brand in healthcare fires you up, then this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
Category Design & Brand Building
- Shape the narrative that positions CrowdHealth as the alternative to health insurance.
- Craft campaigns that provoke, entertain, and inspire trust, not safe, boring, corporate marketing.
Growth Strategy
- Design and own the growth strategy across direct-to-consumer, partnerships, affiliates, and community marketing.
- Identify and pursue bold growth channels where others would never think to look.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Lead demand generation that converts skeptics into loyalists.
- Build community engagement strategies that deepen member love and drive word-of-mouth growth.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Advocacy, and Operations to align growth with the member experience.
- Partner with leadership to drive category creation and long-term Growth vision.
Metrics & Accountability
- Own KPIs across CAC, LTV, retention, and growth.
- Build systems to test, learn, and scale rapidly.
Qualifications
- 7+ years leading growth, or marketing at consumer-facing companies.
- Proven ability to create or scale a consumer brand that defies industry norms.
- Obsessed with category design, storytelling, and building movements not just selling products.
- Experience across multiple growth channels (digital, social, influencers, partnerships, guerrilla).
- Strong operator with the creativity of a brand builder and the discipline of a Growth owner.
- Thrives in ambiguity, scrappy environments, and “zero-to-one” challenges.
