The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer who’s equal parts product thinker, visual craftsman, and systems builder — someone excited to own the design of both our member-facing app and our internal operations portal.

You’ll be stepping into a high-impact role where great design directly improves how members experience health care — and how our team supports them behind the scenes.

You’ll partner closely with our product, engineering, and operations teams to:

• Elevate the CrowdHealth app experience — from onboarding to payments to community engagement.
  
  
• Improve our internal portal — the nerve center that powers our operations, member support, and claims processes.
  
  
• Turn complex workflows into delightfully simple, elegant interfaces.
  
  
• Shape the end-to-end product design system that ensures quality, speed, and consistency.
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Lead UX/UI design across mobile and web products (member app + internal tools).
  
  
• Own the full design process: discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and handoff.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to turn ideas into well-crafted, user-centered solutions.
  
  
• Continuously improve our design system for scalability and delight.
  
  
• Advocate for simplicity, quality, and community-driven experiences in every design decision.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

• 3–6 years of experience in product design (UX/UI) for mobile and web.
  
  
• Proven ability to design intuitive digital experiences for both consumer and internal products.
  
  
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma preferred).
  
  
• Strong grasp of design systems, usability, and accessibility best practices.
  
  
• Excellent collaboration skills — you love working with product managers, engineers, and real users.
  
  

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in health tech, fintech, or other regulated industries.
  
  
• Familiarity with data visualization and workflow design.
  
  
• Ability to conduct or analyze user research.
  
  
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative, startup environment.
