About Us
We are dedicated to helping uninsured and self-pay patients by negotiating medical bills on their behalf. Through a structured process of investigation, fair price determination, and negotiation, we advocate for patients by leveraging billing expertise, price transparency data, and legal advocacy pathways. Our mission is to ensure patients are treated fairly, free from unjust or inflated medical debt.
Position Overview
The General Manager reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the strategy, performance, and evolution of our bill negotiation services, where we help patients resolve unreasonable medical bills.
We already have a Patient Advocate Manager responsible for the team, processes, and day-to-day negotiation operations. The General Manager will operate above that layer, owning where bill negotiation is going, how we improve our effectiveness, and what capabilities we need to build next.
We need someone who wakes up every day thinking about how we can become a stronger advocate for patients.
