About the Role 

We're looking for an in-house Growth Content & Partner Marketing Manager to be a force multiplier for our marketing team. You'll help bring ideas to life faster, create compelling content and campaign assets, maintain consistency across our brand and messaging, and support partner marketing programs and growth experiments that fuel awareness, engagement, and acquisition.

This person will be the go-to owner for building, refining, organizing, and keeping our marketing content sharp across every growth channel. From paid media, podcast advertising, email, and landing pages to internal marketing resources, influencer partnerships, smaller podcast opportunities, TikTok, short-form video, and other emerging channels, you’ll help ensure our content is clear, consistent, compelling, and ready to perform in.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, creative thinker, and organized operator who can both  create content from scratch and manage the ongoing flow of assets, revisions, approvals,  partner communication, and smaller growth initiatives. This role is especially important as we  continue scaling campaigns, testing new channels, supporting partners, and potentially  moving through a larger brand refresh or rebrand. 

What You’ll Do:

Content Creation & Copywriting 

Create, write, edit, and review marketing content across channels, including: 

• Podcast ad reads and host-read scripts 

• Paid social copy 

• Email campaigns, including recurring monthly email needs 

• Landing page copy 

• TikTok and short-form video concepts 

• Marketing one-pagers, internal docs, and sales/support resources 

• Campaign messaging and creative briefs 

Creative Asset Development 

Generate and/or coordinate marketing graphics and creative assets for campaigns, including: 

• Simple paid social graphics 

• Organic social posts 

• Email graphics 

• Landing page visual needs 

• Partner, influencer, or podcast-specific assets 

• Fast-turnaround creative for timely opportunities

Podcast, Influencer, and Partner Growth 

Help identify, coordinate, and manage smaller partner, influencer, podcast, and eumerging channel opportunities from start to finish, including: 

Opportunity sourcing: Research potential influencers, creators, niche podcasts, newsletters, communities, and smaller media partners that align with the brand and  target customer 

Pipeline management: Building outreach lists and helping manage initial outreach,  follow-up, scheduling, and coordination 

Partner evaluation: Helping assess audience quality, content style, pricing, expected  opportunity size, brand fit, and compliance considerations 

Test preparation: Drafting briefs, ad reads, talking points, creative direction, offer  language, links, promo codes, landing page needs, and tracking requirements

End-to-end execution: Managing smaller podcast, influencer, creator, and partner  tests from kickoff through launch 

Partner communication: Coordinating assets, approvals, timelines, reporting needs,  and day-to-day partner communication 

Growth test budget: Managing a defined experimental growth budget with clear spend guardrails, approval expectations, and performance reporting 

Learning loop: Tracking performance, costs, insights, and recommendations for  whether each test should be scaled, repeated, refined, or discontinued 

Podcast & Partner Content Management 

Own the ongoing maintenance of podcast and partner ad-read content, including: 

• Keeping ad reads current by podcast, host, campaign, and offer 

• Updating language as messaging, promotions, or compliance needs change

• Reducing back-and-forth with partners by providing clearer, more polished starting  points 

• Ensuring all partner-facing copy is accurate, on-brand, and easy to deploy 

Content Operations & Asset Management 

Build and maintain a simple, organized system for marketing content, growth tests, and  partner materials, including: 

• Cataloging ad reads, creative assets, emails, landing page copy, campaign materials,  partner lists, influencer targets, and test results 

• Keeping current and past versions organized 

• Making it easy for the team to find, reuse, update, and deploy content

• Supporting a potential rebrand by helping generate, organize, and manage new brand  assets and messaging

Campaign Support 

Partner with marketing leadership, agencies, and external partners to help launch and update campaigns faster by: 

• Creating first drafts of assets 

• Reviewing and revising partner-generated content 

• Ensuring messaging consistency across channels 

• Helping remove bottlenecks in the creative review process 

• Jumping in quickly when last-minute opportunities require fast content creation and  deployment 

• Supporting smaller tests and new initiatives with hands-on execution from idea through  launch and reporting 

What Success Looks Like 

In this role, success means: 

• Campaigns and ad reads launch faster with fewer revision cycles 

• The team spends less time chasing, editing, and organizing content 

• Podcast partners have up-to-date, high-quality ad reads 

• New influencer, podcast, newsletter, and partner tests are researched, launched,  tracked, and evaluated with clear ownership 

• A defined test budget is used thoughtfully to explore new growth opportunities and  surface learnings 

• Smaller shows and new initiatives have a clear owner who can run the process from  start to finish 

• Emails, landing pages, and campaign assets are clearer and more consistent

• Marketing content is organized, accessible, and easy to update 

• The company has a reliable in-house creative/content resource for urgent or  opportunistic needs 

• A potential rebrand is supported with strong content creation, documentation, and asset management 

What we’re looking for: 

• A strong writer and editor with good marketing instincts 

• Comfortable writing direct-response and brand-oriented copy 

• Able to create or coordinate simple graphics and visual assets 

• Organized enough to manage content libraries, versions, recurring updates, partner  lists, outreach trackers, and test reporting 

• Fast, practical, and comfortable working in a startup-style environment 

• Able to take a loose idea and turn it into usable content or a small growth    test

• Comfortable collaborating with agencies, freelancers, podcast partners, influencers,  creators, and internal stakeholders 

• Detail-oriented, especially around offers, claims, compliance, links, promo codes, and  messaging consistency 

• Comfortable with last-minute requests and quick-turn creative opportunities

• Curious and proactive about finding new growth opportunities, smaller channels, and  niche audiences worth testing 

You Might Be a Great Fit if You Have:

• Experience creating content for DTC, healthcare, wellness, fintech, insurance,  membership, or mission-driven brands 

• Experience with podcast advertising, paid social, email marketing, landing page copy,  influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate-style tests 

• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Docs, Notion, Airtable, or  similar tools 

• Experience managing content calendars, creative libraries, campaign assets, partner  pipelines, or test trackers 

• Experience creating TikTok, Reels, or other short-form content is a plus

• Experience researching, coordinating, or managing smaller podcast, influencer,  newsletter, or community partnerships is a plus
